Uses food-grade stainless steel spray nozzles for high-pressure internal and external rinsing. Effectively removes dust, glass cullet, residues and impurities inside bottles. Equipped with a no-bottle-no-spray function to save water and reduce waste. Adjustable rinsing time and water pressure to suit different bottle types. Independent water circulation and filtration system for clean water reuse. Compact rotary design ensures smooth bottle handing and stable conveying. All parts in contact with bottles are made of high-quality 304/316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
	2. Filling Part The filling part adopts isobaric pressure filling technology, which is the core module for carbonated drink production, ensuring accurate liquid level and stable CO2 retention. Isobaric filling principle effectively prevents foaming and splashing during filling. Precision filling valves guarantee highly consistent filling volume with minimal deviation. Automatically maintains pressure in the tank to preserve carbonation and product taste. Equipped with no-bottle-no-filling, anti-drip and anti-foaming functions. Stainless steel filling tank with polished interior for easy CIP cleaning. Adjustable filling speed and pressure to match different production capacities. Adopts torque-adjustable capping heads to avoid over-tightening or loose caps. No-bottle-no-capping function protects capping heads and improves safety.
