1.Washing part Composes of bottle washing clamp, upper rotary plate, guide rail, water distributing plate, shield, water spraying device, water tray etc. Bottle washing clamp rotates with the upper rotary plate, and open the bottle mouth clamp with elastic distortion when contacting the bottle feeding star wheel, which can clamp the bottle neck, then overturns at 180° along the guide rail, bottle mouth may become downwards for cleaning and drying the bottle with water, then overturn for 180°, bottle mouth becomes upwards and then conveyed with the star wheel; shield can prevent sprinkling of cleaning water; water distributing plate can deliver the cleaning water from the still parts to the rotary parts. |

2.Filling part Mainly consist of supporting parts, protuberant wheel, main liquid pipe component, cylinder part, filling machine pipe, elevator-cylinder, filling valve, controlling ring parts, four directions distributor and down distributor, etc. It is mainly used to filling the materials into the bottle. The spare parts touching materials are all made of stainless steel material and special material, they are up to the food security requirements. When a bottle is lifted to a valve by elevator-cylinder, the inspection device will find the bottle. The air valve will open after receive the bottle signal, CO2 pipes begin to connect until the air pressure is same both in the bottle and the cylinder, then starts filling, the materials filled in the bottle exhausts the CO2 which is back to the cylinder through pipes. When the lifting liquid level seals the pipe and the pressure in the bottle is larger than that in the cylinder, the filling stops. After filling, the off valve will shut the filling machine. The CO2 stored in bottle neck then will be exhausted slowly through exhausting protuberant wheel. (exhausting must be slow, otherwise bubbles will appear.) |

3.Capping part composes of cap separating mechanism, capping machine and cap arranging mechanism. Bottle is conveyed into the capping machine with 3# star wheel and then is clamped with the bottle clamping block; the cap is arranged by the cap arranging mechanism and then is delivered to the cap separating mechanism from the lower cap tank; cap separating mechanism can separate the caps, and capping head may ascend and remove the cap and press it onto the bottle mouth with cam; under the drive of gear, capping head tighten the cap on the bottle mouth along the shaft, and keep constant capping moment; the well capped bottle is delivered out with 4# star wheel. The capping machine is connected with cap separating mechanism, lower cap tank, cap arranging mechanism with harmonious combination through several movements for delivering bottle, delivering cap, holding cap and capping. |

Warming Tunnel In carbonated beverage production, the warming tunnel is installed right after filling to treat low-temperature filled products (typically 4-10°C). Using graded warm water spraying, it gradually heats containers to room temperature, preventing condensation that would interfere with labeling and packaging. Built with sanitary stainless steel and equipped with adjustable conveyor speed and multi-zone temperature control, it delivers reliable warming for PET bottles, glass bottles and cans, supporting efficient downstream packaging. |
